What is the difference between DOT and Non-DOT drug testing?
DOT testing is required by the Department of Transportation for safety-sensititve positions. It follow strict federal guidelines.
Non-DOT testing is used for private employers or individuals and offer more flexibility in panels and testing types.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
No, appointment is needed for drug testing, ink fingerprinting, and notary services.
Yes, appointments are needed for ALL IdentoGo/Idemia services.
How much is ink fingerprinting?
$25 per FD-258 card. You may bring your won card or we will provide one at no additional cost.
What documents can be notarized?
We notarize a wide range of documents including affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, divorce paperwork, contracts and more.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Yes, our online form allows you to select multiples services in one submission. You may also request bundled pricing by contacting us directly.
Do you travel for mobile drug testing, fingerprinting, or notary?
Yes, we offer mobile and on-site services throughout our coverage area and can travel for group testing, events, or individual needs. Contact us for custom scheduling.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards and prepaid invoices through our online form.
This does not apply to IdentoGo/Idemia services.
How soon will I get my test results?
Most instant/rapid test results are available within 10 minutes. Other results are available within 1-3 business days depending on the type of test. You'll receive them via email or a secure portal.
Can I bring my children with me?
No children or additional people are allowed in the building with the person being drug tested.
We suggest not bringing anyone that is not being serviced with you due to limited space.
